When you feel like life is falling apart...grab a coffee and play some music. Seriously, life gets super hard sometimes and feels like the joy is getting sucked out of you. It happens to all of us! Boosting your mood doesn't need to be this elaborate thing, it can be as simple as lighting a candle. I put together a list of 20 ways to boost your mood. Hopefully one thing in this list you will catch your eye that you will put into practice when you need a mood boost.

  1. Grab your favorite beverage at a cafe

  2. Hangout with your pet

  3. Watch your favorite Disney movie

  4. Go for a walk outside

  5. Get take out for dinner

  6. Buy yourself flowers

  7. Listen to your favorite playlist

  8. Go for a drive and blast music (windows down - music up)

  9. Go out to drinks with a friend

  10. Go to the movies

  11. Take a hot shower

  12. Vent it out (journal or call up a friend)

  13. Read something inspirational

  14. Have a dance party

  15. Play your fav video game

  16. Read your favorite book

  17. Retail therapy

  18. Write down everything you are grateful for

  19. Recharge by going somewhere quiet

  20. Take a nap and just relax
